Production Line
Our factory covers an area of 18,000 square meters, a total of 5 floors, a total of 4 different production lines, and about 300 employees.
At present, many advanced equipments have been introduced, such as injection molding machines, pipe cutting machines, pipe benders, welding stations and other equipment. In total, more than 100 production equipments have been introduced. Among them, the monthly production capacity of trolleys and other products is 100,000 sets, and the monthly production capacity of bathroom trolleys is 90,000 sets, etc.
At the same time, it is also equipped with a sample room and finished product warehouse. The main products are sold to Europe, Japan, Southeast Asia and other markets.
